Big Perm's Greek salsa: "Ingredients
1 8.5oz jar of sundried tomatoes (in oil) drained
1 12oz jar of roasted red peppers drained
feta cheese (depending on your like
...12 calamata olives pitted
2 cloves of garlic
1tbsp dried basil
In a food processor, blend everything but the peppers, and feta. On a cutting board, dice up the peppers. I have tried blending them, but is breaks 'em down too far. mix the 2, and add feta.
this goes great with sea salt pita chips and hummu...s. Dip in the hummus, and top with the salsa. I also prefer the hummus at Fool Lion. It is only2 bucks, and has some name like 'natural something'."
