Easy Bean Dip

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
small onion diced
celery diced
garlic
canned red kidney beans drained
canned pinto beans drained
canned diced or chopped tomatos
thyme
white wine
salt pepper to taste


heat oil in medium saute pan add celery onions and garlic in last few minutes
stir in additional ingredients and wine and simmer
can be served hot or cold
